The orphans Stephen and Bloom have known each other since childhood. They are trained by Fagin as liars and to live by fraud on a grand scale. Bloom wants to quit after some time the co-operation, but his partner persuaded him to another coup.

Stephen, Bloom and Bang Bang as another accomplice to take the wealthy Penelope Stamp targeted. They persuade her to a world tour during which they wish to stamp their money. However, Bloom falls in love with her.
