In a flashback, Deborah Myers is visiting her son Michael at Smith’s Grove sanitarium. She gives him a statue of a white horse. Michael says that the horse reminded him of a dream in which he saw the ghost of his mother. His mother is completely dressed in white and stands with a white horse at the entrance of the sanatorium. She assures Michael in a dream that she would bring him home.

Fifteen years later we see Laurie Strode bloodied and in shock to go down the road. She always mumbles again that they had shot him. It will eventually discovered by Sheriff Brackett, who takes her to the emergency room. At the same time, the doctors in the emergency room to treat the serious injury Annie Brackett and Dr. Loomis, who could both survive the attack of Michael Myers. Meanwhile, Michael’s body was transported in another ambulance, when he suddenly wakes up, attacking the driver and gets out of the car. It seems a vision of Deborah in a white dress and a white horse.

Finally, Michael will appear at the hospital to go to Laurie too. He brings everyone who makes his way to. Laurie on surveillance monitors, watches the scene and finds himself in a trap, as Michael wants to penetrate the wall with an ax.
