Mia (Katie Jarvis) is a 15-year-old girl living in an Essex property with her sisters and even young mother Joanne (Kier Ston Wareing). Excluded from school, always involved in fights and sharing her mother’s appetite for alcohol, Mia finds solace in hip-hop dancing alone in an empty apartment on the ground. Then came a new man appears mysteriously in the life of her mother – the charismatic, mysterious and compelling physical Conor (Michael Fassbender). With Joanne and the girls at the stations in the countryside, catching fish with bare hands and loving attention to Mia, Conor seems too good to be true. And yes, it seems, he is. Even if Joanne pins its hopes for a better life on Conor, Conor so sensitive sexual relationship with Mia is – an attitude, Mia has nothing to ban. Immature, combative and Mia caught both the victim and the offender in a cycle of unspoken resentment.
