District 9 (2009) DVDRip XviD

In 1982, stopping a giant alien spaceship via Johannesburg in South Africa. After probably a command module is detached from the ship and fell to the earth without ever found that since his arrival, the spacecraft remains motionless over the city. After three months of uneventful waiting the people decide to cut a path into the spaceship. There they find more than one million insectoid aliens in a very bad health condition. A commander of the ship will never be found. The extraterrestrial beings are housed in a makeshift refugee camp, which bears the name of District 9 and is fast becoming a slum.

In the first decade of the 21st Century, the Multinational United (MNU), a private security and military companies, responsible for overseeing the now 1.8 million insectoids and their resettlement in District 10, a camp 240 kilometers northwest of Johannesburg. As it turned out to be the MNCs, however, interested in the welfare of their charges less, but rather in their weapons technology with which it aims to generate huge profits.

But the MNCs fail, for to enable the alien weapons, you need alien DNA. As part of a planned relocation of the aliens of the MNU staff Wikus van de Merwe has contact with a liquid that changes its DNA. In this way his body becomes the object of desire of the MNU-line.

Use can be made to Wikus most wanted man in the world, for he is the first human to alien technology. MNU inflame the public through false propaganda on television and targeted information, misinformation, his family and friends against Wikus. Now there is only one place for him to hide himself: 9th District

There he meets the Alien, which had produced the mutagenic fluid. The Alien and his son live in a hut, is hidden under a flight module, the fluid serves as fuel. The Alien Wikus promises to reverse the genetic changes, if that helps him to get back through Merwe previously confiscated by the liquid. Merwe manages to steal a criminal gang alien weapons. With the help of this superior technology, it burst and the Alien successfully in the MNU-lab and stealing the liquid. On their return to the District 9 is it then to a final showdown with the security forces of MNU. Merwe decides with the help of an extraterrestrial battle suit, hold out the MNU forces alone to provide the alien and his son a chance to escape into the mother ship.

The plan succeeds and they compete together with the mother ship to return to their home planet. The Alien Wikus promises to return in 3 years to cure him of his mutation. Merwe disappears without a trace, suggests taking the last shot of the film, however, that he has completely transformed into an alien and lives in the newly established District 10th.
