Death Race (2008) DVDrip

The action takes place in 2012, is the U.S. economy collapsed and unemployment is rising like the crime rate, so that companies run prisons. Jensen Ames, a former racing driver who works as a steel worker, however, is broke and needs to close the operation. Jensen comes to his work home, then attacked in his house and drugged and wakes up with a bloody knife in his hand with which he allegedly killed his wife. He is transferred to the prison Terminal Iceland, where the race director Hennessey organized with armed vehicles. There it is also abused by sadistic guards Ulrich – also Hennesseys Wizard -. The main prize of the race, the release papers from prison, where they obtained the Five Death Race has won, the live broadcast on pay-TV.

Hennessey, forcing Ames to attend, by order of his daughter threatened by the alleged murder to tell. He travels as the star of Frankenstein, has died after his last race in the operating room and has worn a mask. He gets like every driver a passenger, Case, from the women’s prison who helps him use the weapons.

The Death Race consists of three races, each with three rounds. At the end of the first race in Ames Paschenko recognizes one of his opponents, the murderer of his wife. In the second race Ames drives off as the last to include Case to task. This allows that Hennessey sign their release if they sabotaged the Frankenstein car. Ames kills in the same race Paschenko. Hennessey will then place a converted truck as a “battleship a” have been attached to the arms. It’s survival of Ames and Machine Gun Joe, destroying the truck.

Before bomb third race Ulrich brings to Ames to the car to ensure that he wins. Ames tries to Joe to tell him that Frankenstein would like to talk to him. During the race, it looks as if fighting Ames and Joe, but in truth they have discussed it before, and destroy the boundary of the racetrack, to flee across the bridge from the island. Hennessey, therefore, seek to destroy Ames with the remote control of the bomb, but the bomb was previously removed from a coach. Short is to see how Hennessey commends the audience of the race will receive a gift and they do so. This gift, however, the bomb, which had been previously attached to Ames car. Coach pushes the button on the remote control, thus killing Hennessey and Ulrich. Ames and Joe set off to Mexico, but before that Ames still gets his daughter to him. Six months later, we see Ames and Joe as a car mechanic working in a junkyard, and they receive visits from Case.
