28 Weeks Later (2007) DVDrip

Don lives with his wife Alice and a few other survivors in a fortified makeshift hut somewhere in the middle of the rage-virus infected Britain. You just eat when they hear a guy who knocks on the door from the outside. Against his better knowledge, Don opens the door to let the frightened child who has escaped a horde of infected. This quickly discover the hiding place to break into the house and overwhelm the group. Don leaves his wife, who wanted to save the child back, and escapes with a small motorboat as supposedly the last survivor of the group.

28 weeks later, Britain is declared safe and an American-led NATO force begins to repopulate the country and eliminate all traces of the disease. Among them, sniper Doyle, Flynn, a helicopter pilot, and Scarlett, the commanding officer of the medical unit. Scarlett has to take care of two children, Andy and Tammy, who have just arrived in the safety zone. She is upset that their bosses have not informed, that now children are allowed into the zone. Andy When she investigated, she finds out that he has inherited from his mother, two different eye colors.

Andy and Tammy are brought into District 1, a product belonging to London district with electricity and running water. The neighborhood, also known as the “Isle of Dogs”, is surrounded on three sides by water and is therefore easy to monitor. The two are brought to her father, who, it turns out, Don, and now works as an administrator of the District. In her new apartment, Don told two of his flight to a military base and the fate of their mother, but he leaves out some details and said that he could not help her. The next day the children forbidden to leave the security zone and go to gather up their old house to make some personal things. There, they find their still living mother, Alice. Andy and Tammy are quickly re-captured, and Alice is taken by the military to quarantine. A blood test shows that it is indeed infected, but apparently has a genetic immunity to the virus. This makes them a host that can transmit the virus.

Don learns about the survival of his wife Alice and his children attended, which are also recorded. These are angry and disappointed that her father had concealed them a part of the truth. Thanks to his position he holds a key card, with which he can always gain access. He visits his wife, although tied, but unguarded. He asks for forgiveness, which his weak woman – at least ostensibly – granted. They kiss, but the virus is transmitted, however. Don gets infected and kills Alice in his delusion caused by the virus. He leaves the building in the direction of District 1, attacking soldiers and civilians, and thus they are also infected, the virus is spreading further. Scarlett rescues the children from being infected, and connects them with the fleeing crowd on the open road, as Andy is swept away by the crowd in a parking garage. Andy reached down there looking for a quiet place, away from the panicking crowd when he hears a loud knocking on a door. Being infected father breaks through that door, and from then on, the disaster takes its course. Don infected one by one, but many non-infected people manage to break out of the garage and fled into the street, where the military has the first order, only to infected shoot. When this distinction is increasingly difficult to quickly issued the command to complete destruction. The soldiers will shoot anything that moves. As the sniper Doyle heard this command, he begins to doubt, however, follow his command until he gets a sudden Andy target that is being threatened by an infected. Doyle shoots the infected leaves, Andy, but alive, flees into a factory located in the still more survivors. Doyle is leaving his position and runs into the factory. He escapes with Scarlett, the children and a few survivors from District 1 Gradually, the survivors will be infected and killed by snipers. District 1 will be destroyed with incendiary bombs.

In an abandoned parking Scarlett tells Doyle that the key to a cure of the infection are children, and both agree that their lives are more valuable than their own. Flynn is in constant radio contact with Doyle, appears with his helicopter. He is only willing to take Doyle. A large group of infected people will flee, forcing the group. Flynn flies away and called the new Wembley Stadium as the next meeting place.

The group gets into a car to escape the infected and to protect against the toxic gas have been by the military in the streets sprayed. Since the car will not start, gets out, Doyle to view to stimulating it. Shortly after the engine has started, it will be burned by soldiers with flame throwers. To escape a combat helicopter, Scarlett flees with Andy and Tammy in the London Underground, where the three continued their journey on foot with the aid of night vision device in Doyle’s rifle. The trio is separated. When trying to merge the group again, Scarlett is overwhelmed by the sudden appearance of Don and killed. When Don bites his son Andy, Tammy takes on the gun and shoots him.

Although he was bitten, Andy shows no symptoms of the disease in addition to the slow blood-colored eyes. Like his mother he is probably without him knowing it, or Tammy, as host of the virus. The children continue on their way to Wembley, where they are taken by Flynn with the helicopter, which leaves them across the Channel UK.

28 days later … You can see the remains of the helicopter, while someone with a French accent by radio requesting assistance. It is unclear whether’ve Flynn, Tammy and Andy survived. It can be seen in the last scene, a group run by people infected with the Palais de Chaillot in the direction of the Eiffel Tower, France has the virus, and thus reached the European mainland.
